Activated PEGs for PEGylation

　SUNBRIGHT^® CS, GS, AS, and HS Series (Carboxylated-mPEGs; NHS active esters)

We supply 4 types of NHS activated ester- PEGs which differ in terms of the binding forms of the carboxylic groups. The reactivity order of these linker in aqueous solution from the lowest to highest is HS<GS<CS<AS. After PEGylation, CS and GS types possessing ester groups are relatively susceptible to hydrolysis, whereas AS and HS types are resistant to hydrolysis because of their different chemical structures. Therefore, our customer can choose the appropriate type according to the purpose of us among the 4 available types.
